Every Greetbuy purchasing agent order includes free standard quality inspection. After your items arrive at the Greetbuy warehouse, we check the quantity, style, color, size, model, and obvious visible issues based on your order information, and provide basic product photos so you can review the item status before international shipping.
Confirm whether the item generally matches the product link, title, and selected specifications, and check the received quantity for each order item. If the quantity does not match, we will contact the seller or notify you.
Check color, size, model, style, and other selected options against your order information, and look for obvious damage, stains, severe deformation, missing parts, or clear mismatches.
Provide product photos according to standard photo-taking rules so you can review the item status. Product photos may vary from the actual item due to lighting, shooting environment, and display devices.
After inspection, items are stored in the warehouse. You can review item status, select products, and submit an international parcel from your user center.
Your items first arrive at the Greetbuy warehouse in China, where the warehouse team receives and records them.
The warehouse checks the received items against your product link, title, selected specifications, and received quantity.
We check color, size, model, style, and obvious visible issues to help you identify problems before shipping.
Standard photos are taken and uploaded to your order or warehouse item record for online review.
If an obvious issue is found, we mark the item as abnormal and notify you to confirm the next step, such as return, exchange, replacement, or storage.
If no issue is found, or after the issue is handled, the item is stored in the warehouse and waits for your parcel submission.
You can select items in the user center, submit an international parcel, and pay the shipping fee. Greetbuy will arrange shipment for you.
For items with the same style and specification in larger quantities, Greetbuy refers to the AQL 2.5 standard for sampling inspection and applies it together with our warehouse standard operating rules: normally 5% of the item quantity is checked, with a minimum of 5 pieces and a maximum of 20 pieces.
If a single SKU arrives with fewer than 5 pieces, we check the actual received quantity. AQL 2.5 sampling inspection is suitable for identifying obvious batch issues and visible abnormalities during regular purchasing fulfillment.
After you place a purchasing agent order through Greetbuy, your items will first arrive at our warehouse in China for standard inspection before you confirm and submit international shipping.
