Smooth FBA shipment processing requires customer files, warehouse execution, seller compliance confirmation, and transport conditions to align. These four areas define each party's responsibilities.
After creating the shipment in Amazon Seller Central, the customer provides Greetbuy with product quantities, SKU mapping, FNSKU labels, carton labels, and special packing requirements for warehouse labeling, carton packing, and dispatch.
Greetbuy checks inbound goods, performs standard inspection, labeling, unit packing, and carton packing according to approved files, and records parcel weight and dimensions.
The customer must confirm that the product meets the Amazon requirements for the target marketplace and category, including certifications, expiry dates, warning labels, intellectual property, and sales compliance. Greetbuy labels, packs, and ships according to the confirmed requirements.
Batteries, liquids, powders, magnetic items, oversized goods, and other restricted products require route, declaration, and handling confirmation before packing and booking.
Product labels, unit packaging, and carton information must match. We follow the shipment plan and label files provided by the customer and check them before dispatch.
Provide FNSKU or barcode files, SKU mapping, and labeling instructions. We check clarity, barcode coverage, placement, and product matching.
