• Order Processing: Orders submitted on or before 2026.1.29 will be purchased as scheduled. Orders submitted after 2026.1.29 will be processed in sequence according to the submission time after the Chinese New Year holiday ends on 2026.2.24.
• Package Shipment: Packages submitted on or before 2026.2.5 will be arranged for shipment as scheduled. Packages submitted after 2026.2.5 will be shipped in sequence according to the submission time after the Chinese New Year holiday ends on 2026.2.24.
• Service Suspension: During the holiday period, order processing, warehouse quality inspection, and logistics services will be suspended.
• Customer Support: WhatsApp and email inquiries will be replied to once every 3 days. For non-urgent matters, please kindly wait until the Chinese New Year holiday ends.
