Greetbuy offers 180-days (around 6 months) storage to general shopping agent and parcel forwarding orders, which is calculated from the day your item is stocked in to the warehouse. the free storage period is 180 days. After the 180-day free storage period ends, Greetbuy will charge you a storage fee of CN￥0.1 per DI per day. A reminder will be sent via email to users in 150 days starting from the stock-in date. In case a user fails to dispatch the item after the 180-days period and provide no feedback, the item will be deemed abandoned. All abandoned items will be processed as overdue by Greetbuy (in this case, Greetbuy will have the ownership of these items).

9. Free Inspection Photos

Ordinary photo taking means that Greetbuy warehouse will provide you with 3 photos free of charge according to ordinary photo taking standards if there are quality problems or wrong color, size and model after the goods arrive at the warehouse.

10. Standard Inspection

Standard inspection refers to checking the style, quantity, color, size, model and other information by extracting 5% of the total amount of each type of commodity (the lower limit is 5 pieces, the upper limit is 20 pieces).
